My Review

I read a lot of books. I mean a lot. So many, I tend to only remember those that make an impression. I also often stop books that haven’t captured my attention in favor of other books. I have to say, after the first chapter I was there. I wanted to know what was going on and how things would play out.
This book was a slight departure from the author’s previous books. With one exception. Surah.
Surah is strong as all the female leads in this author’s books. But she has a softer feminine side. She needs no man to protect her but she accepts help when needed. This is a story of two people from different past bought together to comfort, to help, to work together.
I really look forward to the next books in this series.
My book boyfriend Charlie.
