This is a YA/NA paranormal romance novel (Rated R)

 Book Summary

Life wasn't what Sophie was expecting, so why should death be any different?
She’s come back from swimming between the two, and every problem she left is still there. And then some.
There’s the human world, where she has a brother on the verge of ruins, band mates all set to go on tour, and people she thought she wouldn't be seeing for a long time showing up.
Then there’s her new world, where she’s seeing and hearing things that should not be heard or seen. Where Myles knows more about her than she could have ever guessed. She still doesn't know exactly why Michael is tormenting her, but somehow, everything is connected.
The monsters are closing in on all sides and the question is, will Sophie be able to defeat them before it all ends?

My Review

♥♥♥♥1/2
(Four and a half Myles Hearts)

I really love this series. It’s one of my favorites and probably will always be. It kind of reminds me of the Shiver series. There is such an intense love connection with a well-developed storyline. There is also a very emotional part of the story that transcends through the words and actions of the characters. Not every book can draw out the emotional response for me. This book had a few tears pours out of my eyes at times.

What impressed me most about this book in the series is we have a girl who finds out that she’s been lied to in the prior book so if your reading this isn’t a spoiler. And this girl reacts the way most normal girls would react when they find out that truth.
I also like that the Myles in this story doesn’t come off as creepy and stalkerish. He isn’t over protective because he’s an alpha male. He’s protective because there is a real threat.
So why not five hearts. Well, selfishly although I understand it, I’m not the biggest fan of the ending. Don’t let that fool you. I’m not saying it isn’t a good or happy ending. I’m just saying for me it wasn’t the perfect ending. It also doesn’t mean it wasn’t the right ending for the story. It just wasn’t my choice.
Other than that, I have no complaints.
My book boyfriend Myles.
